Merriweather Movie Nights

I don’t think I can express how excited I was when asked to design the logo and posters for “Merriweather Movie Nights”!!!  The Downtown Columbia Arts and Culture Commission‘s (owners of Merriweather) mission is to “promote artistic and cultural activities in Columbia, Maryland and ensure that the ampitheather at the heart of this community, Merriweather Post Pavilion, continues to thrive as a world-renowned home to performing arts.”  MPP is at the heart of my community, so I am proud to work on something that not only will I be attending with family and friends, but also to participate in a project that creates a fun, inclusive atmosphere for my community to come together.

After the main poster was finalized, I then began to create the sizes needed for social media outlets. Artwork was created for each musical event.
